Knowing that first impressions matter, Palmetto Health was faced with a dilemma. This healthcare and medical client was looking for a large reception station that could meet their needs for a unique and inviting front desk that provided a high-end feel for their important clients and patients. The problem was that the search for such a front desk had yielded no satisfying results. That’s when fluidconcepts entered the picture.

We properly assessed the client’s needs to come up with a unique solution: a large, flowing reception station that was equipped with engineered stone for worksurfaces and transaction tops.

By providing a bespoke solution that met the client’s needs head-on, we were able to fully satisfy the client by creating a dignified, high-end atmosphere.
